He holds the certification designations as an HCRI - Senior Professional in Human Resources and Society for Human Resources Management - Senior Certified Professional in Human Resources and BCC - Board Certified Coach. In 2005, Gary joined My Part-Time HR Manager, LLC, as the Managing Partner opening the NY Metro office, focusing on the design and implementation of sound human resources strategies and practices to clients.
Gary started his career in education as a School Counselor and Mental Health Professional, where he truly learned how to realize the value of people. In 1983, he left education and private practice and entered the field of human resources, eventually serving as the Corporate Vice President for Human Resources with Essex Valley Health Care System, CHRO for U.S. HomeCare Corporation, Vice President for Human Resources at Champlain Valley Physicians Hospital, Assistant Superintendent/Executive Director for Human Resources with Nassau County Board of Education (BOCES), and Senior Consultant – Right Management Associates.
His board-based experience includes labor management, talent/career management, benefits administration, labor contract negotiations within the fields of healthcare, hospitality, education, manufacturing, security services, with companies ranging from 50 to 14,000 employees in multi-state organizations. His record of achievement has stressed financial management, problem-solving, dispute resolution, and proactive leadership. Also, as an experienced trainer and facilitator, Gary has conducted training programs on a wide range of topics including, Preventative Sexual Harassment, Customer Service, and Positive Performance Management, to name a few.
Gary holds a Master's Degree in Counseling Education/Community Mental Health, and advanced certification in Educational Leadership/Administration and Business from Long Island University.
Gary is an active participant in numerous community and professional groups, including volunteering as Board President for Harbor Child Care, President-Elect for the Association for Talent Development – Long Island Chapter, and as a certified men's official - Nassau County Men's Lacrosse Officials Association, and certified women's official - NYC Women's Lacrosse Officials Association.

Jim, a graduate of the United States Military Academy, at West Point, holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering, and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Golden Gate University, in San Francisco, California.
Jim served in the U.S. Military (Army) for over ten years. He then worked in the private sector for Pfizer Pharmaceuticals in the field of Human Resources Development, where he managed the full breadth of HR functions, including HR strategic planning, compensation and benefits, and training and development.
In 1987 Jim left the private sector and started a NY based Human Resources business that he successfully managed for nearly 20 years, establishing four regional offices in NY and achieving nearly 30 million in sales. Additionally, Jim has conducted numerous training workshops, including employee personal development, cross-cultural training, organizational development, performance management, leadership, sales and customer service, and strategic planning.
Jim is also currently achieving his executive coaching certification and has coached over 100 Senior Executives in the U.S. Department of State as well as other U.S. Government Agencies. He has also served as an Adjunct Professor for several New York Colleges and Universities, including Stony Brook University, Molloy, and St. Josephs College. Jim’s diverse experience also includes serving on the People's Alliance Federal Credit Union Board of Directors in NY from 1991 to 2009.
In 2009, Jim embarked on his next career, joining the Department of State as a Foreign Service Officer, and served in the Economic Bureau advocating for US business overseas. In this position, Jim served as the Senior Economic and Commercial Advisor for the Middle East and Africa territory - directing and managing business development advocacy efforts for U.S. businesses competing in the global market. He also served as a Human Resources Supervisor at several U.S. Embassies, including Berlin, Germany, and Manila, Philippines.

In Human Resources and Administration Management in the areas of recruiting and retention, employee development, hiring practices, legal compliance issues, policies development, and administration along with her proven strength in prioritizing tasks, time management, customer relations, and conflict resolution.
In her progressive 15 years of HR and Administration Management experience, she has served as Executive Director of a nationally recognized non-profit organization, as well as a Marketing Consultant for a large national healthcare organization.
Her HR expertise lies in, but not limited to, legal/regulatory compliance, discipline documentation and management, performance evaluation management, employee relations/conflict resolution, employee onboarding/recruitment, new employee orientations, sexual harassment training, and policies and procedures development.
Kiesha is a dedicated HR professional, continually striving to set high standards of excellence and integrity. She has a strong track record of developing and implementing programs designed to improve efficiency, productivity, communication, and positive employee morale while reducing employer-related risks.
She is a member of The Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and is certified by SHRM as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
In addition to extensive Human Resources and Administrative Management experience, Kiesha worked as the Executive Director of a nationally recognized non-profit social service organization, with the responsibility of directing full operations and fiscal management for the company.

Before joining MYPTHRM, Stevy held senior-level human resources positions with the Florida Department of Health, University of Central Florida, and Apex Management Consulting Services.
Stevy’s consulting career has focused on solving critical issues facing her clients, both large and small. Her unique approach is not only what differentiates her from others, but it is what makes her successful. Her role has and continues to be providing a broad range of services and solutions to help organizations facilitate change, achieve their vision, and optimize performance and productivity.
Stevy is an active member of the Greater Orlando Society for Human Resources and member of the East Orlando Chamber of Commerce, and both Florida and the National Diversity Council.
